JR BRAND MANAGER
Contracted part-time to move into full-time

POSITION SUMMARY 
The Brand Manager will maintain relationships with existing and new clients. As the client’s main point of contact for Cache Interactive they will work with the client to develop new strategic solutions and plans that best fit the client’s needs. The Brand Manager will also manage reporting, which ensures goals are met and strategic plans are made. In this role, the Brand Manager ensures that the agency provides:

  • Sound and responsible marketing counseling and planning
  • Clear communication between team members and the needs of the client
  • Organize miscellaneous client communication and communicate needs to the team 
  • Team collaboration to provide a superior product
  • All work is completed on time, on brand and exceeds the client’s expectations
  • Clear reporting to ensure goals are being met and provide direction for strategic planning

BREAKDOWN OF RESPONSIBILITIES 

Planning, Analyzing, Evaluating

  • Track project progress, resources, timelines, and budgets 
  • Provide a weekly status update on all current client projects and upcoming projects
  • Collaborate with team members on project needs
  • Review, analyze and evaluate the following (relative to the client’s needs and objectives): media output, creative output, research reports, and client data
  • Work with the team leader to define project estimates and proposals
  • Coordinate with the team leader to create project specifications and timelines
  • Research business objectives, challenges, and opportunities for the client’s industry
  • Discern consumer journeys for traditional and digital media channels

Coordinating & Client Management

  • Main Point of Contact – act as contact support for the client including scheduling
  • Work with the team leader to identify and develop integrated marketing strategies and plans to meet and exceed the client’s marketing goals and objectives
  • Generate and drive insight for internal and client audiences around media, brands, consumers, and experiences
  • Provide market research, analysis, and insights into the latest industry trends
  • Maintain, grow and develop existing client accounts

Strategic Project Management

  • Manage client projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed by the deadline
  • Ensure marketing strategies and tactical plans are met and exceed the client’s marketing goals and objectives
  • Generate and drive insight for internal and client audiences around media, brands, consumers, and experiences
  • Manage research initiatives if applicable
  • Manage client reports, analytics, data gathering, and reporting for client(s) and agency
  • Provide strategic branding thought leadership and expertise to expand client/business relationships
  • Support the development of marketing plans and creative briefs
