As Friendly Hills Bank took the leap to rebrand as First Pacific Bank, they approached CACHE with a pressing need to elevate their online presence. They sought a modern and visually appealing website that would reflect their professionalism and commitment to providing financial services while still maintaining that small-town, community-supported feel.
Our design team delivered a visually captivating, user-friendly, and accessible website that aligns with the client's branding and serves as a powerful tool for customer engagement. We prioritized responsiveness, clear calls to action, and clean, bold iconography to help users quickly locate the information they're looking for.
The CACHE design team combined refreshed brand guidelines with new design elements and imagery that evoke a sense of tranquility and coastal aesthetics, all while maintaining a refined and professional look. Landing page templates were crafted to highlight specialty services, with scalability in mind to accommodate their future growth and evolution. Top-level page templates were designed with a focus on clear heirarchy of content, encouraging user action.
The CACHE marketing team then conducted an SEO audit in order to optimize the new site’s click-through rate. Here we evaluated First Pacific’s existing online presence and identified top competitors. These findings were then used to identify ways to improve search ranking alongside keyword mapping and SEO copywriting.
Last, the CACHE development team conducted a thorough ADA compliance audit and updated the code to improve usability for individuals with disabilities.
